Applied Microbiomics Society

The Interdisciplinary Society of Applied Microbiomics is focused on supporting the development and sharing of information on the integrated understanding of microbiomes. This society’s goal is to bring together researchers, scientist, and engineers in the fields of biology, chemistry, artificial intelligence and machine learning, mathematics, statistics, engineering, nutrition, entomology, immunology, microbiology, agriculture, environmental, ecology, agronomy, animal science, and epidemiology. Our goal is to establish general functional principles that can explain and predict the behavior of microbial communities for a variety of applications.
