Applus+ BKW is an accredited independent materials testing laboratory which covers nearly all areas of non-destructive and destructive materials testing for metallic and non-metallic materials. With more than 35 years and a highly-qualified team of engineers, inspectors and operators, Applus+ BKW serves national and international customers from various industries i.e. Aerospace, Shipbuilding, Automotive, Energy, Construction as well as Iron and Steel industry. BK Werkstofftechnik – Prüfstelle für Werkstoffe GmbH has been part of Applus+ Laboratories since 2011. Accreditations: Applus+ BKW is DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited by DAkkS and is NADCAP accredited for the aerospace industry. BKW is a Tier 1 supplier for Airbus and has corresponding Airbus qualifications for over 60 testing procedures, including 12 Category 1 procedures.
