Apprentees is committed to fostering partnerships, diversity, and inclusion in the realm of apprenticeships. Our platform aims to connect USA and UK employers with diverse groups of apprentice candidates, including those from different cultural, educational, and vocational backgrounds. We seek to provide tailored apprenticeship opportunities to individuals at various stages of their careers, including those who are unemployed and those looking to explore new vocational paths. In line with our dedication to diversity and inclusion, Apprentees actively collaborates with community organizations to increase the participation of individuals from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds in apprenticeship programs. This initiative is our response to addressing the underrepresentation of BAME individuals in UK apprenticeships, as highlighted by government research. Currently, 30% of our apprentice talent pool is made up of BAME individuals, demonstrating our commitment to creating a balanced and equitable work environment. Our success is built on strong partnership programs. Our team has a proven track record of collaborating with local authorities on skills and employment projects throughout the UK, and we have established partnerships with DWP Job Centre Plus to support the unemployed in gaining skills and employment opportunities.
