Approach" is an L.C.C company that works on analyzing and assessing organizations’ structure and culture and developing managers’ and employees’ capacities, as well as developing individuals’ personal & interpersonal skills. In addition, “Approach” helps SMEs to grow their business exponentially through designing and implementing their business plan, and developing their employees' performance. “Approach” does not provide only training programs, we provide solutions; we monitor and evaluate the consequence of the training programs and their impact on the trainees' and organizations’ development. “Approach” uses a modern and different assessment tool to analyze and assess managers' and employees' leadership competencies "Approach" also analyzes and assesses organizations' culture to reach the real causes of managerial inefficiency, and accordingly, we provide the appropriate training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to treat these deficiencies.
