We are independent design company specialising in the planning and design of domestic extension projects. Our no-nonsense approach helps clients save both time and money by taking the risk out of specifying suppliers and materials when consents are in place and not before. This also gives clients control over the timescales of construction. We work with our clients in simple effective stages giving cost effective results and offer fixed price services. Using advanced 3D modelling techniques we are able to create realistic concept designs so clients can clearly visualise what can be achieved in developing their property whilst meeting all relevant regulations. When we have an agreed design, we then apply for planning permissions, listed building consents and other consents as required. Following the consent process, we can assist with project management, selection of suppliers, costing and budgeting, scheduling of works and implementation on site procedures. We are also able to provide a full range of site management services too if required.
