An NDIS Support Coordination and specialist support Coordination organisation, we are a team of Social Workers and people with a lived experience who are passionate about the Social model of Disability which seeks to change society in order to accommodate people living with a disability; it does NOT seek to change people with a disability to accommodate society. These principles are the foundation of the NDIS scheme. We are passionate about building positive relationships with participants and ensuring they really understand the NDIS the opportunities it brings. We link participants with the type of providers and individuals who are a great match and ensure every interaction is personalised. They have the necessary training and expertise in addressing both personal and systemic dimensions of support and intervention. Specialist Support Coordination often requires the know how to deal with multiple agencies and reduce complexity in the participants environment. Managing complex challenges in health, education, housing or justice services environments takes a certain level of specialist knowledge.
