Apricus Australia specialises in the design and manufacture of wholesale residential solar water heating systems with evacuated tubes and large scale hot water solutions for commercial and industrial heating applications. We do not sell direct to the public. Our systems are designed for home owners and organisations concerned about their environmental footprint and seeking the most efficient, sustainable way to manage rising energy costs for their residential or property. We are leaders in efficient, innovative, versatile hot water solutions – designed in Australia to meet Australian conditions. Our products are produced with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, simplistic design and ease of installation. Since 2003, we have been recognised by BRW, HIA, SmartCompany and The Australian Business Awards for product innovation, business and service excellence. Our History The Apricus Solar Company was founded in 2003 by Michael Humphrey and then Apricus Australia was launched in 2005 by Chris Taylor. Apricus has grown into a global company with offices in the USA, Australia and France, supplying to more than 30 countries. Apricus was a finalist for numerous Telstra Business awards, named in Smart Company's Smart 50, BRWs Fast 100 and 50 Most Innovative Companies. In 2009, Apricus also won the HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Industry Innovation Award. Apricus Australia has a nationwide sales and service network including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane.
