Apt-Guy is the brand page for Bruce Petersen. Bruce is a best selling author, educator and syndicator or large apartment complexes. Bruce has syndicated more than 1100 units over the last 8 years and has one the National Apartment Association's Rental Owner of the Year for 2017, Austin Apartment Associations's Rental Owner of the Year for 2016 and the Think Realty Multifamily Investor of the Year for 2019. Bruce has also spent the much of the past 5 years mentoring and coaching others in the pursuit of multifamily syndication and investing. On the horizon, we will be launching a fully built out educational platform for real estate investing, small business and real estate accounting, and other investing categories to hopefully include stocks, mutual funds, and stock options.
