Aq Studios

AQ Studios is an African podcast company that was founded with a clear mission: tell the stories of African and Black people from around the world. We create high-quality audio content across a range of genres and make shows that represent a diversity of ideas, communities, cultures and interests that depict the full spectrum of African and Black experiences. We specialize in trailblazing podcast content including the AfroQueer Podcast and Adventures from the Bedrooms of African Women. AQ Studios also has a podcast incubation program, AfroMic Incubator, known for supporting the development and production of podcasts from new and existing voices from the African continent and the Diaspora. AQ Studios also manages a robust training program, called Black Audio, to teach aspiring audio content creators how to produce podcasts.
