AQCS main scope is Assisting Oil & Gas companies to bring their best on Algerian Market. AQCS provides consultant services that Companies would require to meet Algerian Regulations, Mainly by DPP (Ministry of Energy) and DGM (Ministry of Industry and Mines). AQCS carries out the activities described above within the agreed-upon time frame while requiring the following cooperation from its Client : • Assigns a leader within the organization to work with AQCS • Provides access to senior management as needed • Provides access to documents, statements, and computer systems as needed • Works collaboratively in a series of weekly meetings to move the project forward. Following the above, AQCS is committed to provide the following services: • Assign a job leader for Client Project; • Act on behalf of Client in regard regulator bodies (cited above) in the interest of the project and inform, support and clarify all required steps; • Produce reports to help Client envision lacks and strength of regulator quality system in the erection process;
