Getting started is a one-week engagement to assess where you are now (performance measurement maturity rating), engage you and your management team in the power of performance measurement and create a roadmap for rapid implementation. This assessment phase is followed by baselining, blueprinting and bridging to drive value creation. Our principal, Paul Howard, is a successful and experienced SMB executive. Paul was CFO at the IT managed services business Attenda growing it from start up to £45 million turnover and over 300 staff. He led the MBO of Attenda in 2011, raised the initial VC funding and executed successful data centre business M&A. Prior to Attenda he led post M&A business integration and profit improvement at marchFIRST in the UK as COO and in the 90s built and sold a professional services firm. aQetas has been set up to leverage this experience in growing SMBs and working with PE and VC backers, and to share his passion for driving performance through measurement.
