After 38 years HR experience in blue chip organisations like Unilever in Kenya and India; Motorola in Asia Pacific; Shell in Malaysia and IBM in India I am venturing to establish my own HR consulting organisation -'aquil busrai consulting' I am keen to leverage my experience covering all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training, Remuneration, Policy, Operations, Divestment, HR Shared Services and cross-cultural workforce. Having held senior positions in both operational and strategic HR. Including, start-ups, acquisition, mergers and re-structuring. I feel I have the right blend of conceptualising HR solution and its pragmatic execution. Having lived in Kenya, Malaysia and India and worked in 15 Asia Pacific countries, I am familiar with cultural, legal and operational issues of most Asian and African countries.'aquil busrai consulting' will focus on three offerings : 1) Executive Coaching. Not only at senior management but also at middle management level where the leadership pipeline commences. 2) HR Strategy for mid size organisations on the threshold of quantum growth or organisations which would like to set up operation in India. 3) Leadership Development and Training. Covering identification and end-to-end development plan for say "Top 100". Customised training modules for leadership team and management team including motivation and team building genre. The firm is committed to undertake consulting assignments - with a difference. 15% of net revenue of the firm will be contributed to NGOs involved with underprivileged children.
