I specifically provide objective advice to develop improvement strategies relating to the industry benchmarking survey on customer service. By doing so, I can provide the opportunity for a reset, and increased alignment and collaboration in ways of working. My experience in developing commercial training programmes means that I seek to understand the particular needs of a business and offer a flexible service - from full business capability analysis, competency assessment and design and delivery of a programme, right down to individual coaching and module creation. My objective is to optimise people resource in a fast moving and challenging market.
