Robert has direct lineage to thousands of years of Arakan Martial Art®. Arakan Martial Art® teaches members how to utilise many parts of the body including hands, legs, elbows, knees etc in a free flowing manner. Over time, Arakan Martial Art® practitioners' bodies become fluid, adaptable, dynamic and powerful. Arakan Martial Art® is not a ring or a competition based style.
