Arar Events

ARAR events was founded in 2016. Since then, we have organized more than 100 offline and online games for 50+ companies, such us Workfront Armenia (an Adobe company), Optym Armenia, Double Coconut, Coca-Cola Hellenic Armenia, ONEX, INGO ARMENIA, etc. Also, ARAR events was the general partner of the 9th annual regional HR online conference entitled HR: THE NEW NORMAL. We value the Team Culture and Team Building as core values for any organization's success and growth. Our team building games, quizzes, events and activities aim to improve teamwork, collective thinking, communication and interpersonal relationship between team members, as well as challenge their knowledge, learn new things and make fun together. Our events can be organized during the organization's team building events at the office and outside the office, corporate parties, birthday and holiday parties, as well as without any occasion- «ARAR events»-ը հիմնադվել է 2016 թվականին և մինչ այժմ կազմակերպել է 100-ից ավել խաղ 50+ կազմակերպությունների համար, այդ թվում՝ Workfront Armenia (an Adobe company), Optym Armenia, Double Coconut, Coca-Cola Hellenic Armenia, ONEX, INGO ARMENIA և այլն, ինչպես նաև հանդիսացել է «HR: THE NEW NORMAL» խորագիրը կրող մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման 9-րդ տարածաշրջանային առցանց համաժողովի գլխավոր գործընկերը: Մեզ համար թիմային մշակույթն ու թիմային աշխատանքը ցանկացած կազմակերպության հաջողության և զարգացման կարևորագույն արժեքներից են։ Մեր թիմԱՐԱՐ խաղերը, վիկտորինաներն ու միջոցառումները նպատակ ունեն բարելավել թիմային աշխատանքը, հավաքական մտածողությունը, թիմի անդամների միջև հաղորդակցությունն ու միջանձնային հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաև կիրառել ու ձեռք բերել նոր գիտելիքներ ու միասին հաճելի և ուրախ ժամանակ անցկացնել։ Մեր խաղերը կարող են անցկացվել կազմակերպության թիմբիլդինգային միջոցառումների ժամանակ՝ կազմակերպության տարածքում և դրանից դուրս, ծննդյան և այլ տոների ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև պարզապես առանց առիթի։
