Arbor Cove Therapy, LLC, is a outpatient mental health practice located in Roswell, Georgia. We provide individual, family, and group counseling, as well as psychological testing services, to children, adolescents, and adults across the North Metro Atlanta area, and also provide telemental health services in Georgia, Virginia, and Florida. Our primary specialization is in addressing the complexities experienced by people who are adopted, their first families, adoptive families, and created families. This often includes issues of complex developmental trauma, identity formation, attachment, grief and loss, parent-child relationships, and complicated family dynamics and life transitions. We also offer a depth and range of experience addressing these same issues outside of the context of adoption, along with treating anxiety disorders, ADHD, posttraumatic stress (PTS / PTSD), emotional and behavioral disorders of childhood, and depression. Our clinicians are trained in multiple approaches to therapy that are evidence-based and evidence-informed and work with each client to develop an individualized plan for how to use these approaches to best meet their needs. We also offer psychological and psychoeducational evaluations providing diagnostic clarification and recommendations for parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in a child or adolescent's life. Arbor Cove Therapy, LLC, works with children as young as four all throughout childhood and into adolescence and adulthood.
