Arbusto was founded in 2014 by Martijn and Jonne van der Struijk. Arbusto provides independent financial strategic advisory services. Since early 2014 Martijn and Jonne worked on a number of finance and transaction related projects. These projects include several (re-)financing, due diligence projects and sell-side advisory projects. Furthermore a number of strategic advisory projects were finalized.
