We provide consultancy services of the following: • Detail documentation of Resource Consent, Building Consent, Construction and Project specific details • Maori Land and Rural Land consultancy for new residential builds • Passive Fire Protection (PFP) design including instruction, details and Site Inspection Reports - of existing and new builds, residential and commercial Some of our clients include: land owners/families, developers, architects, designers, project managers, fire engineers, civil engineers/surveyors and structural engineers; on all types of jobs - small and large. Our Passion is to design and detail excellent architecture that utilizes technology, environmental context and beauty. Bringing together the visions our clients and ourselves. We believe no job is too small for us. The owner / director of the company has over 10 years of industry experience and is an LBP licensed designer.
