Architectural Corner operates in Dubai since 1976 as an architectural and engineering consultancy. It has been involved as the architectural and engineering consultant in the growth of Dubai, particularly the Jebel Ali Free Zone, and other industrial zones in Dubai. Under present management since 2008, Architectural Corner has expanded the scope of the design work in the UAE and abroad, and has worked on various industrial, commercial and residential projects as the lead or design consultant. Architectural Corner covers in-house Architectural, Structural and MEP design, with the exception of the fire fighting design, and other specialist licensing design, that is covered by the associated specialist consultants. The Engineers are well versed in multiple authority requirements in the UAE and international standards applicable in the region. The design team is working in BIM environment, based on the GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD technology, the world leader for 35 years. Architectural Corner has access to specialist knowledge related to the building envelopes, interior finishes, partitions and accessories, glazing, stainless steel, wood and aluminium specialist works.
