Arctic Window

Arctic Window was established in 2012 as an educational tool, based on visions of the EU's Arctic Window concept which became a recognized concept in the European Union, inspired by Finland´s Northern Dimension Initiative, and launched at the climax of Finland's Chair of the EU in The Arctic Window concept has the intention of building bridges between the Arctic nations and non-Arctic, increasing the cooperation and contribution to issues of common concern in the North. This initiative should help build a circumpolar dialogue on Arctic policies and initiatives, and enhance Arctic-Northern Europe cooperative structures.
