We are Brisbane based, independent support workers who are passionate about real, actionable change in our clients’ lives. A lot of support workers look at maintaining their clients current state. That was not enough for many of our clients, and it's not enough for what we expect for our clients. We look at not only supporting our clients needs, but we mentor from a position that explores every potential to propel them into the best person they can become. Having been exposed to multiple areas of the industry, it’s clear the standard is not at an acceptable level. Our clients had previously run into all sorts of issues ranging from lacklustre companies to woeful communications, that should never have been present in the first place. We aim to fix these so that we can focus on the real goal at hand, true physical and mental improvement and wellbeing, while hitting personal targets. We also pride ourselves on developing and delivering customised Activity Days and Respites for our clients. Too often are clients engaging with companies and groups who essentially provide a commoditised service, due to a lack of quality options. We aim to provide an experience that is unique every time, and will leave our clients with a genuine smile on their face. Our purpose is to grow a community of like-minded independent support workers and services who operate under the NDIS, which are genuinely committed to improving the accepted standard within the disability sector.
