Ardstone specialises in direct real estate investment with core-plus and value-add characteristics in Western Europe, specifically the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Belgium. We act as principal and co-investing partner to source, finance, execute and asset manage real estate investments. We have a reputation for delivering real value for our clients and strive to invest in a manner that optimises value on entry, during management and at time of exit. Ardstone is owned by its principals and co-invests in all funds. Our clients include institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals.
