We do not levy/charge any commission/fee to our successful bidders. We have been appointed by financial institutions to assist them and their defaulters, to dispose their properties as quickly as possible and in an amicable manner. This is to spare them from any further interest being imposed on them should there be no successful bidder. All successful auctions will result in their debt being resolved, since the proceeds will be credited directly to the loan account by the Bank once received.
