Arena Law is a boutique Brisbane-based firm specialising in providing commercial property law advice to clients across Australia. Created in 2017, Founding Director Stacey Jones saw an opportunity to leverage the commercial acumen and expert advice that her in-house legal team provided to one of Australia's leading property investment companies, and now continues to provide to Quanta Investment Funds and other external clients. Arena Law is an independent law practice that services the legal needs of parties involved in all property and commercial transactions and is uniquely placed to deliver high-level and commercial legal advice to its clients whilst simultaneously matching the fast pace of markets in which its clients operate. Our extensive experience in the commercial property sector has seen us involved in many complex, high pressure and time sensitive transactions. The commercially creative approach of the Arena Law team continues to find solutions and reach resolutions in negotiations that maximise benefits for our clients. We have a wealth of experience in Australian commercial leasing, having finalised hundreds of leasing matters for our clients’ premises. We also represent both landlords and tenants and will ensure your rights are protected and all aspects of a tenancy are considered, whether it be for a retail lease, or a large format lease for a major tenant.
