Arenal Hills

Arenal Hills is a one-of-a-kind place at the heart of a truly unique Central American country, Costa Rica. It’s the place to disconnect from the norm and reconnect with nature and the people you love while creating memories you’ll cherish. Arenal Hills is the result of a combined passion for the area, the desire to bring the ultimate luxury masterplanned community to this special part of Costa Rica, and an unwavering commitment to preserve the character, peace and adventure of its surroundings. It’s also the result of more than a century of collective experience in developing and building luxury resort properties. Despite its intimate and exclusive nature, here you will find some of the area’s finest recreational and entertainment opportunities. From the swim-up bar and gourmet restaurant at the captivating Club Vida to the casual lakeside dining at Club Lago, Arenal Hills offers life’s finer things within a leisurely stroll or quiet cart ride from your door. Plus, the entire community is eco-friendly, with underground power lines, cart paths instead of pavement, and no vehicles aside from golf carts beyond the gates, keeping the community quiet and serene. Every home purchase at Arenal Hills comes complete with a VIP membership to The Springs Resort & Spa, which has been included in the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame for five years running. Located just 25 minutes from your door via private shuttle, Arenal Hills home owners enjoy complimentary VIP access to The Springs Resort and Spa’s facilities and amenities without having to pay the entrance fee typically required of guests. Less than ten minutes from the gates of Arenal Hills is the bustling town of La Fortuna. It’s a place travel writers love to cover and tourists flock to year-round. Despite the volume of tourists who visit here, La Fortuna has been able to nurture and maintain its small-town charm. Arenal Hills is an exceptional opportunity to call a rare and valuable ecosystem of enjoyment your own.
