ARG Management Services is a joint venture held by Gazelle, Artifex and Rail Planning Services to provide Engineering Advisory through the provision of Subject Matter Experts to transport infrastructure projects. Together we have a team of about 60 subject matter experts that can be deployed at short notice on flexible engagements. Our subject matter experts cover services such as; Project and Engineering Management, Design and Technical Management, Asset Planning and Maintenance Management, Constructability, Operational Readiness and Site Surveillance, Commissioning, Auditing, Engineering Assurance, Design Certification & Verification. Specific Engineering Disciplines include; Track, Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, HV/LV Electrical, Earthing & Bonding, Substations, Transmission and OHW, Signalling & Communication Systems, Tolling Systems Noise & Vibration.
