Argos Consulting is a Brazilian company founded in 2009. We serve customers and support suppliers from aviation and railroad industries, among which are: rail and transit companies, airlines, lessors, MROs, aftermarket suppliers, parts authorized distributors and manufactures. We provide consultancy services to leasing companies, parts suppliers and repair shops. Our advisory services involves project management – business partnering, strategic influencing, risk management, and business development – identifying new markets & sales leads, negotiation process, customer support. We constantly monitor the international scenario seeking business opportunities, assisting our partner-suppliers and our partner-customers to improve their performance.
