Argrove Counselling

The team at Argrove Counselling have created a culture that is compassionate, supportive and fun. Our beautifully appointed therapy rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. We love our work and are passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients using evidence based therapy approaches. We have a special interest in working with clients who are living with trauma symptoms, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or complex trauma. Our therapy rooms have been intentionally created as a trauma informed therapeutic space where clients feel safe, valued and heard. The word Argrove is a combination of the words Arbor and Grove, combined to represent a sheltered place that promotes growth, wellness and stability. We believe in the potential of every person to heal, grow and develop a sense of ownership over their lives.
