Ariaconsult Limited is a successful consultancy business in our fifth year of operation on UK Highways. We have worked with twenty clients in the highway and construction industry, including contractors, consultants, specialist suppliers, local authorities, and material manufacturers. At Ariaconsult, we believe in the power of collaboration. Our business primarily thrives through repeat business or direct referrals, a testament to the strong relationships we build. We are a proud corporate member of The Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG), a platform that fosters collaboration, communication, and innovation in the highways industry. The birth of Ariaconsult resulted from the unwavering support and guidance from trusted associates. They helped the owner, Des Bourne, transition from a salaried employee to a business owner. The name 'Ariaconsult' was carefully chosen, with 'aria' symbolising an elaborate melody sung by a single voice, a fitting representation of a business built around one person's vision and dedication. Ariaconsult was incorporated in a pub in Birmingham, and the logo, a claret with a blue triangle, was designed to represent the company's brand identity and the journey it aims to embark on. Ariaconsult specialises in business development and work-winning services, which we refer to as The Bourne Identity, reflecting the owner's and founder's unique experience and skills. Our clients appreciate our passion, energy, and engagement, as well as the positive impact this has on their people and teams. The feedback from Ariaconsult clients has been instrumental in shaping our value proposition. A client in Wales needed to generate short—and long-term work. To address this, we organised and facilitated a series of roadshow workshops with each regional team to develop a targeted growth action plan for every depot. The client was very positive:"Wow!
