RWA tokenisation: asset onboarding & registry, compliance/eligibility engine, cash-flow distribution, secondary transfer controls, investor portals. Loyalty & ownership: tokenised rewards that can upgrade to governed ownership/economic rights under the right rules (KYC/KYB, disclosures, vesting). Risk, compliance & recourse: KYC/KYB, sanctions, policy engines, dual-control approvals, immutable audits—plus dispute/chargeback logic for A2A/stablecoins.
