Established on May 5, 2011, ARID started out as an office interior design consultancy firm under the name ARID + Associates. The desire to be a turn-key commercial contractor prompted the organization to re-brand and change its name to ARID Builders Pte Ltd (UEN no. 201304240Z) to reposition itself to be a design and build company offering office & retail renovations. Since 2013, ARID has been working on numerous office designs and retail shop renovation projects ranging from to as of this year ARID Builders has already completed more than of office and retail space. We take pride in being a Bizsafe3 and Building Construction Authority (BCA) registered contractor in Singapore. We ensure that we keep a track record (Form-D) of all our projects to comply with the BCA accreditation guidelines.
