Arie Elster Engineering Services was founded 1991 by Arie Elster. The company specializes in freeze drying and vacuum technology. Since January 2005 it is the sole representative in Israel of “IMA Life” (Formerly BOC Edwards Freeze Drying Solutions) for Freeze-Drying equipment. Arie Elster passed away July 2017. The company is led by Arie’s wife, Esther, and son Eyal. The company provides comprehensive solutions for Freeze Drying equipment throughout its life cycle: Establishing the User Requirements Specifications before purchase. Inspections at manufacturer site (FAT). Writing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. Commissioning. Site acceptance tests (SAT). Calibration. Periodical validation. Routine preventive maintenance. Additional activities of the company include: Performing calibration of pharmaceutical equipment according to established SOP’s and cGMP guidelines. Performing validation of pharmaceutical equipment according to approved protocols and cGMP guidelines. Auditing equipment files including preventive maintenance programs and Engineering issues.
