Ariliam Group is a principal investment and strategic consulting firm founded in 2019 by Alan G. Mnuchin, Ariliam’s Chief Executive Officer. Ariliam has invested in various media and technology companies since its founding. Mr. Mnuchin and Ariliam’s team also lead Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company where Mr. Mnuchin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. FCAC raised $345 million in its IPO in September 2020 and intends to identify and complete a business combination with a company in the media, digital media/consumer technology, interactive entertainment and related industries. Mr. Mnuchin has established global relationships and has extensive experience in identifying and executing proprietary strategic investments in these sectors. Mr. Mnuchin also brings decades of strategic advisory and M&A expertise in the media industry through his time at AGM Partners, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs.
