The company was established in 2003, by Mr. Arie Zamir and Mr. Yosef Elmakias, former inspector of IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) with more than 30 years of source inspection experience. ARIO Quality services Ltd, ISO 9001-2008 Certified, Provides as an Outsourcing company the services of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Source Inspection, in various categories (Castings, Rubber, Ferrous and Nonferrous materials, Welding, NDE, Machined parts and multi discipline assy.) and electronics. We are able to offer the following services: Vendor Inspection:On-site, resident inspection - including process control, product traceability, witnessing of testing, final inspection and final release. In house measuring lab: Equipped with CMM machines, optical comparator and all necessary measuring tools. Pre-shipment inspection: Inspection of finished product prior to shipment, at the supplier's site. Customer representation and Expediting: Conducting pre-manufacturing meetings with the supplier on behalf of the client and progressive expediting visits, to ensure final delivery schedules and key production milestones are met. Quality system audits: Evaluation of suppliers Quality Assurance system. NDE, Welding and Test-house supervision: Witnessing of NDT activities, mechanical testing and functional testing. Final documentation. The production of final documentation packages, providing full product traceability.
