Pioneered and managed an innovative emergency medical service assistance platform via Telegram amid the COVID-19 crisis effectively bridging the gap between individuals in critical need and private ambulance services within our local community. Strategically acquired and deployed three ambulances utilizing bootstrapped funding ensuring prompt and reliable emergency response for individuals facing life-threatening situations. Fostered strategic alliances with 26 additional private ambulance services fostering collaborative partnerships that enabled seamless connectivity with clients and patients requiring urgent medical assistance. Orchestrated dynamic marketing and outreach initiatives to amplify awareness and utilization of the service resulting in widespread adoption across three major towns in Assam Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland. Demonstrated astute financial stewardship achieving a positive return on investment (ROI) that not only ensured the service's sustainability but also facilitated its expansion providing vital lifesaving support to our local community.
