Arivu Academy

The Arivu technology platform is free for students & non-commercial use. Arivu will be a professionally managed company by people who have varied experience in management, technology, social causes and volunteering and it aims at bringing discipline and rigor not generally found in efforts targetting social causes. Arivu will be a crowd­-sourced, collaborative, cloud-based, NOT­-FOR­-PROFIT learning platform that is primarily targeted at enabling students in rural areas of Karnataka State (and eventually in other states of India and possibly abroad) to stand up to their urban and more economically endowed peers by providing an equaliser in terms of technology access for learning. Arivu offers video lessons, interactive exercises in the native/vernacular languages. Arivu's effort is to enable rural children to have access quality learning material, delivered through technology. This helps bridge the gap in learning (Urban vs Rural) spanning elementary, middle school and high school curricula.
