Though established in 2021, its founder and managing director has extensive knowledge and working experience in intellectual property for more than a decade and translation/interpretation over two decades. He holds two master degrees in economics and business laws from abroad and Laos and has worked with international organizations, multilateral and bilateral cooperation projects, domestic and foreign firms and government agencies. ARIYA is comprised of skillful team members with bachelor degrees from university in business laws, economics, business administration and engineering, having previous working experience with eminent entities and are fluent in English. Intellectual Property ARIYA mostly provides intellectual property services to foreign brand/trademark owners. We represent clients in filing applications for trademarks registration, customs recordal, conducting online and ground market surveys, issuing cease and desist letters, coordinating with law enforcement authorities on administrative and legal actions against infringers, providing training on product identification and other IP matters. Having legal background, understanding local conditions and developments, we are ready to help our clients in protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
