Meet Rev & Jodi, lifelong friends from Tempe, AZ (go Sun Devils!). They entered the real estate industry in 2005 & 2006 and learned the business together during the market frenzy and crash while helping one another with their young kids. Jodi’s analytical mind and finance background, coupled with Rev’s people-centric approach & passion for marketing, created a perfect synergy that set them apart. Rev & Jodi share a passion for adventure and connecting with new people, soaking in inspiration from diverse cultures and bringing that global perspective to their business. During the housing crash in 2007/2008, Rev & Jodi saw an opportunity to help educate Canadian buyers to take advantage of the downturn and purchase their second homes where they could soak up the winter sun in the desert. After many trips holding educational seminars & participating in networking events/conferences, Rev & Jodi have formed new lasting friendships with many of their clients and colleagues from north of the border. Recognizing the potential of the short-term rental market, they launched their brokerage in 2011. They focused on enabling their clients to not only find dream homes but also generate substantial revenue through strategic rental opportunities. With a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and a knack for identifying lucrative opportunities, they transformed their clients' properties into lucrative assets.
