Arkitek Khosa is an architect firm estabished by Ar Amerpal Singh Khosa specializing in providing professional architectural consultancy services. The firm is set on a strong foundation based on the unique collaboration amongst its associate. These individuals had previously worked with one another and brings along an array of work experience relating to Architecture, Property Development and Construction. Their strength covers a variety of expertise comprising Design, Project Management, Construction and exposure in both local and overseas projects. This will certainly contribute immensely in the pursuit of arriving at an appropriate solution for every project. Arkitek Khosa’s forte can be derived from the completed projects as previously undertaken by the Principal and his associates which include residential (landed, low and high rise), educational, commercial, religious & institutional, industrial, sports complexes and hospital. In addition the team is familiar with local authority requirements through their involvement with various approving authorities throughout west Malaysia. We are a group of individuals who are passionate about the work we do. We work closely with our clients in order to understand the clarity of project brief so that in the end owner expectations are duly met. We keep abreast with the latest architectural production technology to constantly improve our output. We practice design workshop sessions and good communication with our clients to ensure effective interpretations and its execution.
