Arlas Capital manages a concentrated portfolio of investments in companies with the aim to generate returns superior to the market. Arlas Capital Fund is in the process of registration under the light AIFMD regime (open only for qualified investors). Arlas Capital's companies are incorporated in The Netherlands and Switzerland under different regulatory regimes. Arlas Capital serves a small group of private clients that understand our value investing philosophy and commit their capital for the long term. Arlas invests selecting a few outstanding companies that can be acquired under the intrinsic value that we estimate they have. We believe that investing consistently in companies that are good business and represent good investment opportunities achieves sustainable returns with a relatively acceptable level of risk.
