Arlet Retreats is a high-end, immersive retreat experience designed to bring women back to the present, beautifully. Rooted in the Belgian Ardennes and open to the world, Arlet blends movement, breath, nourishing non-inflammatory cuisine and carefully curated surroundings to create true inner spaciousness. Arlet was born from a double breath. The first is intimate: the name of my grandmother, a woman remembered for her deep warmth, generosity and hospitality. She welcomed others with the simplest gestures, a meal from her garden, fresh sunflowers on the table, always creating a sense of care and presence. Her legacy inspires the way we host every retreat. The second breath is universal: today’s women live at full speed, constantly running, anticipating or regretting, rarely grounded in the present. Arlet was created as an antidote, an invitation to pause, reconnect and rediscover yourself away from daily distractions. Arlet is more than a retreat, it is a transformative space. Each experience is thoughtfully curated with international facilitators, nourishing seasonal food, and immersive practices designed to restore balance between body, mind and spirit. We combine the art of hospitality with the depth of wellness, offering women a chance to feel truly at home, yet profoundly renewed.
