I use a project management methodology. I follow all the steps and the budget. I feed the key elements for the top management decisions. I'm the responsible for the proper execution of the project. KPI monitoring- Industrial performance After an industrial audit, we define the targets and the needs in order to improve the existing industrial performance. I build a team with key people in order to start the Lean Management and Continuous Improvement culture. I warranty the methodology, support the team, verify the team involvement. Deliverables: Project governance, top management report, KPI report, audit report, post mortem - Circular Economy project: same methodology with multistackeholders.
