This superior ceramic shatter pattern provides controlled debris size post rupture and is key to our patented Armor Combo Rupture Disc Tool®, and patented field adjustable Armor Solo Flex Tool® and Armor Dual Flex Tool®. All of our ceramic disc tools are stored and transported in our Safe Trip Packaging®, as per IRP 15, Snubbing Industry Recommended Practices. We meet and exceed many of the IRP15 requirements including testing our pressure control subs as a BOP (Blow Out Preventer) with 15 min low/high pressure testing. Our QR codes on each tool package allows immediate access to tool MTRs, certification and test charts. Our equipment is engineered and industry certified.
