We opened Arnav Telecom in Mahamayatala on July 20, 2014, and that was our first branch. We began charging and other keypad devices there. From one to two, two to three, and three to four stores, we grew steadily. Today we have five branches in Kolkata and are one of the most popular mobile retailers. We have gained recognition from many organisations because of our sales and services. We sell all of the most popular mobile brands including Apple, Oneplus, Oppo, Vivo, Samsung, Realme, Xiaomi, and accessories. We always put the customer’s satisfaction first, and that is why we are able to succeed. Our goal is to satisfy our customers and we always focus on what our customers want. We refuse to send our customers to the service center, whether it is a small headphone to a mobile phone or laptop, unless they purchase anything from our company. There is no need for our customers to travel anywhere, we have manpower to provide services.
