Arntzen Corporation is a Large Diameter Steel Pipe Mill and Custom Steel Plate Roller, with plants in Rockford and Woodstock, Illinois. With 60+ years of experience in all aspects of steel fabrication, Arntzen provides its customers individualized solutions using problem-solving skills enhanced by real-world experience. The steel pipe division of Arntzen Corporation manufactures large diameter rolled & welded steel casing pipe preferred by contractors for its high quality. Arntzen’s manufacturing capacity—2 plants totaling sq. ft on 35+ acres with 17 different plate rolls and rail access—gives the company the ability to roll custom pipe quickly. Steel pipe from Arntzen is used by underground contractors for road boring, pipe ramming, auger boring, caissons and drilled shafts and much more. Arntzen carries an extensive inventory of carbon steel plate ranging from 0.312" to 2" and is capable of manufacturing pipe from 24” to 204” diameter and 120’ in lengths, manufactured to spec, serving distributors and contractors involved in trenchless and open-cut construction in an array of industries including underground, marine and municipal applications. The steel plate rolling division of Arntzen Corporation rolls and welds steel of all types into cylinders, cones, mitered pipe fittings, rings, structural shapes, pump shafts and a variety of other custom shapes. Arntzen rolled products are made from materials including: carbon steel, high strength, pressure vessel quality, abrasion resistant, wear resistant, structural grades, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloy, and Monel.
