Founder, Sharad Mittal, was instrumental in building real estate business at Motial Oswal Real Estate from the ground up to an investment AUM of INR 7,300 Cr. Prior to Motial Oswal Real Estate, he worked with leading financial institutions ICICI Prudential AMC, ICICI Bank, ASK and First Rand Bank. He is also a member of various leading industry bodies and forums and widely known for his thought leadership across the industry. Founding team has 100+ years of experience in real estate investment management with leading institutions. We are committed to deliver for investors by investing in residential real estate development in top 8 cities in India.
