Aroll is a mobile marketplace that connects employers and job seekers through videos. On the employer side, it speeds up the first screening process of candidates (max 1 minute). On the job seeker side, it gives a quick snapshot of the employer’s vibe. Instead of relying on textual job ads, employers create “1 minute video opportunities”. Instead of submitting CVs and cover letters, job seekers submit “ 1 minute video applications” that employers can screen.
