Essential Oils for Mindfulness and Meditation, Wellness & Well-being The essence of Aromantique is essential oils; whether applied as hedonistic perfumes or healing balms. My series of award-winning books describe the numerous properties and qualities of essential oils, and are must-have reference companions. Practical treatments, training courses and workshops are delivered in Lyme Regis (Aromantique, 63a Silver Street, Lyme Regis, Dorset DT7 3HR). Aromantique is built on a platform of decades of experience and knowledge. My interest in essential oils was seeded in the early 1970’s, when I also learnt to meditate. I studied at the University of Salford (gaining a B.Sc. Joint Honours in Counselling and Complementary Medicine), and at Bolton University (gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Education). I was Programme Lead for the B.Sc. Integrated Therapy and Complementary Medicine degrees, lecturer and personal tutor at the University (School of Health Sciences and Social Care, now the School of Health and Society) for a number of years, and have, so far, published three award winning books and numerous essential oil related articles in professional journals and magazines. Indeed, as well as providing personalised remedial and aesthetic perfumes for clients, I continue to facilitate professional development, training programmes, and workshops. My books sell world-wide (also published in Traditional Chinese), and, along with my social media platforms, ensure Aromantique’s universal outreach.
