We are a full-service immigration law firm practicing exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law. While we maintain capabilities for handling the full range of immigration-related legal issues, our central focus accounting for roughly 95% of our work is on employment-based immigration – i.e, the leveraging of employment positions into immigration benefits. Within this practice area of employment-based immigration, roughly 50% of our work is performed for universities, academic medical centers, and research institutions, and the balance for a wide and geographically diverse corporate clientele.
