Arrakis is a mining and reclamation company focused on process development customized to each client's needs. We specialize in refractory ore processing and precious metal content determination. Our company supports clients all the way from initial sampling and ore characterization to bench scale testing to determine the most effective process to pilot plant design, construction, and operation through to full scale plant operation and reclamation of the site once complete. We have a comprehensive lab with all the tools necessary to support testing and product characterization during process development. ICP-OES, Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, Particle Size Analyzer, Hach Colorimeter, microwave digestion units, vacuum and pressure filters, magnetic separators, Deister concentration tables, spiral concentrators, ball mill, attrition grinders, jaw-cone-roll crushers. Arrakis takes the time to understand your ore samples and customizes the fire assay process to extract the most metal possible. Our autoclave lab contains two 8 L titanium autoclaves capable of both oxidation testing and chlorine based leaching. We also have the largest batch autoclave capable of chlorine chemistry in the United States. The 900 L autoclave has a titanium shell and is tantalum lined. All of the supporting systems are made of titanium or hastelloy C alloy. Arrakis has worked on projects all over the United States as well as international projects in Peru and Mexico.
